A NATIVE LAND Advances to SFs in Writing Climate Pitchfest

A NATIVE LAND by Caitlin McCarthy has advanced to the semi-finals of the Writing Climate Pitchfest.

Hosted by NBCUniversal and also sponsored and supported by The Redford Center, the Writing Climate Pitchfest celebrates the best unproduced climate-themed scripts in film and television by connecting the writers of those scripts to Hollywood executives, producers, agents, and/or managers through curated one-on-one meetings.

Pitchfest winners will receive:

  • 4 Individually-Curated One-On-One Pitch Meetings with Execs and/or Reps

  • Facilitated Pitch Practice Sessions with an Industry Mentor

  • Access to Climate Storytelling Educational Materials

  • Free tickets to Hollywood Climate Summit in-person and digital events. (The Hollywood Climate Summit is an annual gathering of the entertainment community to address the climate crisis.)
